The U10 Pro brings the main stages of H-beam and I-beam preparation into one connected line. Loading, perforation, notching, bevelling, cutting and unloading run in sequence, so steel moves from stock to sorted, finished parts without passing between separate machines and manual workstations.
Six processes in one line
Loading, perforation, notching, bevelling, cutting and unloading in one programmed workflow.
Less handling and sorting
Automatic loading and length-based unloading take routine handling out of the process.
Higher production efficiency
No waiting between separate operations, and a shorter route from drawing to finished component.
Features
Engineered for output.
01
Fully automatic operation
Profiles move from the transition area into the cutting zone and through every programmed operation automatically. Loading takes under 20 seconds, and finished workpieces are sorted by length as they leave the line.
02
One-step notch forming
The cutting head holds a controlled stand-off above the workpiece to form locking notches in a single pass. That removes manual secondary polishing and doubles notch-processing efficiency.
03
Five-axis linked cutting
A 180° reciprocating cutting head with linked A, C, X, Y and Z axes reaches multiple H-beam faces in one set-up, with optional bevel cutting and far less repositioning.
04
Tekla-compatible ungrouping
Import 3D structural models from Tekla, ungroup the components and generate processing code for every operation that follows.
